Re: TGm Call for comments on SDD, IEEE m-07/040 Abstract: This document proposes a new approach to randomize inter-cell interference based on cell/sector-specific interleaver pattern. Purpose: This contribution proposes a new approach to randomize inter-cell interference based on cell/sector-specific interleaver pattern. Meanwhile, some simulation results to verify the advantages of the new approach are presented in this contribution, too. In china, the deployment of base stations for TD-SCDMA has encountered the some problem for the address selection of BS when set up trial networks. The distributed nodes cellular systems (DNCS) is a effective solution to the problem of big transmit power.

In high user density areas (hot spots), fibers and other resource of infrastructure are usually much richer than used, so It is feasible to connect BS and its RSs via these wired lines in the areas. The techniques of Radio over Fiber (RoF) has been used for several years to improve the coverage of cellular system of 3G In a conclusion, it is practical and affordable to build DNCS in hot spots base on the development of RoF.

Emitting power can be significantly reduced by using DNCS via reducing access distance between subscriber and access antennas. [ The following text proposal is suggested by this contribution: The system architecture of cellular system with distributed nodes (Node A) connecting with base station via dedicated wires, i.e. DNCS, should be considered in SDD. ]
