Activity 11: Investigating Enzyme Function  Wear safety goggles at all times during this laboratory.  Keep your hands away from the hot plate, and wear insulated gloves or use potholders to move the beaker as you finish.  Know the safety procedures in case of fire.  Do not allow solutions to touch your skin or clothing.  Clean up spills immediately.  If accidental contact occurs, inform me, and rinse exposed areas.
