Goal  To offer the essential tools to improve and enhance student’s health and well being, and improving performance.

Importance of Tracking  Tracking performance takes the guessing out of results. By tracking a students performance it allows everyone the clear results if they improved. Clear results will tell the teacher if students are ready to reach new goals or levels of fitness.  Not tracking performance may result in injury and lack of improved scores and levels.

Benefits  Students will clearly see their improvements.  Can increase fundamental skills when watching themselves in movement.  Allows the teacher to see progress and plan lessons according to students needs and levels.  Keeps students safe!

Conclusion  Tracking performance can benefit students and teachers. Teachers are able to accommodate students better by knowing their levels before-hand.  Students will benefit by physically seeing their results and learning ways to correct form if needed.
