Bell Ringer 9/14/15 A small furniture factory makes three types of tables: coffee tables, dining tables, and end tables. The factory needs to make 54 tables each day. The number of dining tables made per day should equal the number of coffee tables and end tables combined. The number of coffee tables made each day should be three more than the number of end tables. Write and solve a system of equations to find the number of tables of each type the factory should make each day.

Review Qs Test topics include: lines (slope intercept form, finding slope, and graphing), systems (terms such as consistent and dependent, consistent and independent, and inconsistent. Methods- graphing, substitution, elimination, and matrices), absolute value equations and inequalities, graphing inequalities, and matrices. I can stay after today and tomorrow

Bell Ringer 9/15/15 Write the equation of the line that passes through the points (2, 1) and (5, -2)?

Review Questions Test topics include: lines (slope intercept form, finding slope, and graphing), systems (terms such as consistent and dependent, consistent and independent, and inconsistent. Methods- graphing, substitution, elimination, and matrices), absolute value equations and inequalities, graphing inequalities, and matrices.

Find the equation of this line

Find the slope

Which is the equation of a line that passes through (2, 5) and has slope -3? Use elimination to solve. x+4y=22 -3x+7y=29

Classify the following system x + y = 3 y = 3/2x – 2

What’s the solution to the system?

Graph the system of Inequalities

Matrices

Systems x+2y=9 5x-3y=6 y=x+7 3x+4y=15 y=3x+2 y=-2x+22
