Maize+ milk/( three spoons of pap + one spoon of unsweetened milk). Maize +Egg, Maize + Groundnuts, maize + palm oil. Maize,soyabean, groundnuts and smoked fish. 4 cubs of maize, 2 cups of sojabeans, half cup of groundnut and smooked fish.
Mother Proteins Soyabeans, beans, fish,groundnuts meat, egg, snails, mushroom,magot, crikets termites.
Glucose Cocoyam, potatoes, yam, plantains.
Fat and Oil Pear, palmoil, plums, pock, groundnuts.
