2 Manual’s structure M ESH PROJECT : P RODUCTION OF A M ANUAL FOR S TATISTICS ON E NERGY C ONSUMPTION IN H OUSEHOLDS Thoughts: Red colors are updates to last version. We think that it’s necessary a new chapter for Germany’s contribution, so we propose to add a new chapter called “Cases of study” that will contain:  Case study Germany.  5 cases of study for AT, NT, SI, UK and ES.  Case study for each country will be selected by agree among all partners.  Each partner will write around the case study of his country. If we agree, Chapter 4 will dedicated to present best practices (2 o 3 pages for each practices more one page to practice card).

4 Method for the production of the Manual’s chapters M ESH PROJECT : P RODUCTION OF A M ANUAL FOR S TATISTICS ON E NERGY C ONSUMPTION IN H OUSEHOLDS Each Chapter’s leader is free to establish the work method to write his chapter. Coordination of the project suggest the following methodology:  For each chapter, discussion among leader and rest of collaborators about contents and distribution work. Preferable by or telephone.  Each collaborator produces and send to chapter’s leader the documents drafts.  Chapter’s leader join the documents drafts and produce the chapter draft.  Chapter’s leader will put in ESSnet portal (working area) the chapter draft for discussion among all partners of project. Coordination of the project will join in all drafts chapters and will produce a first version of the Manual. Planed: It’s expected a 1 st version of Manual for the next working meeting.
