When creating your pages, keep in mind that with the way most WordPress SEO plugins are designed, you can optimise one page per one keyword/key phrase. (one ad per page) Think about the mind set of the person clicking your link. What is that person looking for ? Will my landing page offer the person who clicks on my link the information they are looking for ?

When designing your phrases think about the fact that you should be using your key phrases consistently through your pages: Blog titles (urls) Headings Meta Titles Meta Description Images Content
Backlinks are links on other sites which lead back to your site.
Backlinks are VERY important for your business because they help spread the word about your brand by leading readers back to you. Google places a high value on backlinks and gives more attention to websites with high page and domain authority. This means that the credible, popular sites that generate a lot of traffic are favored by Google. So, if you want your links to be valuable, try to connect with bloggers and services who generate a lot of interest and traffic and who rank on the first page of Google. Being friends with the cool kids will help your rankings!
Try to use descriptive keywords or key phrases in your anchor text Incorporate links pointing back to your site in all your marketing endeavors such as : Blogs, social media posts, images, headers Establish relationships with other bloggers. Try to find bloggers with a similar interest or offering. Respond to their posts with positive comments and offer links back to your site.
A sitemap offers Google an inventory layout of all pages present on the website in a hierarchical format
Sitemaps allow Google to find pages that may not be linked in other areas of the website and do not have internal links Sitemaps tell the search engines which pages on the website to crawl. Uploading a sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools (GWT) can speed up the process of your website being found on Google. Google ranks web pages as well, not just websites, and having a sitemap visible to Google will improve your SEO and ensure all your pages are found.
