Public transport system – city-region based (Mobility ) 2. Eco-transport development (Mobility) 3. Commuting (Mobility) 4. Authentic rural environmental style is reserved within the city development (Residential preferences ) 5. Cultural development for the communities in the city and district (Residential preferences ) 6. Visual and safety improvements of the local residencies (Residential preferences) 7. Influence of the Elders strengthening (Residential preferences) 8. The main social/public utilities services in Kaunas district (Provision of services) 9. Promotion of traditional activities/businesses in Kaunas district (Provision of services) 10. Foreseeing concrete places for terminals where urban-rural area merge.
