P/H : pain on left hip for 3 mo. X-ray; large osteolytic lesion on femoral neck R/O GCT, ABC : PVNS on biopsy  BPHA Final Dx: Osteosarocma Wide resection with recon. with autoclaved bone

Replacement Arthroplasty 1. Cup replacement allgraft / bone cement 2. Femoral stem replacement How to take out the stem??? How to revise the stem??? Leave it alone???
