Promotion Criteria General –No ISS or OSS for current evaluation period. –No disciple problems/issues. –Know general cadet knowledge; i.e. Cadet Rank, Cadet Creed, Chain-of-Command, Specific –CPL At least 75 merits Meet all requirements under General Promotion Criteria Satisfactory grades in all academic areas. Score 80% or higher on Cadet Knowledge Test (CKT) 1.

Promotion Criteria Con’t SGT– SSG –Meet all requirements under General and Specific Promotion Criteria. –Score 90% or better on CKT I SFC and Above –Meet all requirements under General and Specific Promotion Criteria –Score 95% or better on CKT II –Score 80% or better on the writing requirement –Pass a promotion board

Promotion Procedures Promotion Ceremony will be conducted monthly in conjunction with the monthly Battalion Formation. Personnel who meet promotion eligibility requirements must submit their promotion packet not later than (NLT) the 15 th of the month. (Promotions for CPL and above) The S-1 will verify all promotion data before submitting packet cadre.
