PSN is becoming a reality MPRG review completed in Nov Programme seen as being able to deliver benefits and will continue ‘Early Delivery’ projects underway – there are currently three phases mapped out 1.Hampshire & Kent deliveries will create initial ‘GCN’ and DNSP – testing happening now. 2.Connection to the Government Secure intranet (GSi), to allow parallel running during transition, by Q Other Customers and supplier connections introduced from Q PSNA operational, Q (PSN moving from development to deployment) PSN On Boarding workshops being arranged

PSN – Local and Regional Government is Leading the Way Dorset PSN....and many more

Need to consider options Smaller Districts and Boroughs – Replacement for GCSX (GCF or PSN?) – Collaboration with other partners Larger Counties and Unitaries – Replacement for GCSX (GCF or PSN?) – Creating a PSN compliant network – Partnering with other organisations Regional/Sub-regional//County based/go it alone approach? – No right or wrong answer
