Original ATE brake fluids

Original ATE brake fluids – the range With ATE you get a large selection: from DOT 3 to DOT 4 high-performance ESP and racing brake fluids. To maintain the operational reliability and safety of the brake system, brake fluid must be changed using the qualities and at the intervals specified by the vehicle manufacturer. It goes without saying that ATE has the right brake fluid for different vehicle-specific requirements in various container sizes DOT 3DOT 4 SLDOT 4 SL.6 DOT 4 Typ 200 DOT 4 Super Blue Racing

Summary: Test the brake fluid at regular intervals. If the measured boiling point in the tank falls below 180°C, do not fail to replace the fluid! Independent studies show: seven out of ten vehicles need new brake fluid. Timely brake fluid replacement means safety for your customers! When the system boils, it’s too late… High temperatures are generated in the brake fluid during braking. In extreme cases the fluid begins to boil. Vapor bubbles that can be compressed are formed in the brake system. The brake pedal can be pushed all the way to the floor, and the vehicle cannot be braked.

Why Original ATE brake fluids? Highly developed brake fluids for state-of-the-art hydraulic and electronic brake systems Changed materials and constantly increasing demands on brakes lines result in increasingly higher temperatures in the wheel brake. State-of-the-art brake fluids must meet these demands with their high dry and wet boiling points. Plunger II master brake cylinder constructed of aluminum FNR brake caliper constructed of aluminum

Original ATE brake fluids – test standards ― Lawmakers’ specifications ― ATE OE specifications Assurance and surpassing of dry and wet boiling point levels in keeping with requirements Improved lubricity Enhanced anti-corrosion protection Low viscosity Minimal compressibility both at low and highest temperatures Prevents vapor lock under high thermal loading

Why Original ATE SL-6 brake fluid? The hydraulic components of ABS and ESP systems have a large number of extremely fine bores and ducts. With ESP (without precharging pump) being the standard today, brake fluid must ensure very rapid response and decelerate and release individual wheels within small fractions of a second. Owing to the increasing spread of ESP-equipped vehicles, the use of low-viscosity fluids is specified by automakers and by the latest standards. The rapid response times required for ESP only can be attained through the use of advanced fluids like Original ATE SL.6.

Advantages of ATE SL.6 brake fluid Optimum brake fluid for electronic brake systems like ESP, ABS, TCS, etc. Improved lubricity Enhanced anti-corrosion protection Low viscosity (thin-bodied) Improved handling safety owing to speediest response of ESP Most vehicle manufacturers already use the low-viscosity DOT 4, Class 6 (ISO 4925) brake fluids in production cars (OEM and OES). Original ATE SL.6 DOT 5.1 DOT 4 t (s) Brake pressure at wheel (in bar) at -30° C Rapid response times can be attained through the use of advanced fluids like Original ATE SL.6.
