Is MHV a zone school? Middle School NO, to provide a fair application process the NYC Department of Education gives all students living in District 12 an equal opportunity. High School Priority is given first to MHV MS students and then Bronx residents. Does the school provide bussing? Bussing is only provided when indicated on a special education plan. Metro Cards are distributed by the DOE based on your address.
