Some risks you take will lead to mistakes, but mistakes are just opportunity to learn from them and become a better leader.

Getting out of the O-Zone of Life  Sit at a different lunch table.  Join a new club/organization.  Make friends at outside activities.  Volunteer around your communities.  Run for an FBLA state office.  Give all of your effort, even if you are not good at something.  Get a new job.  Start a new hobby.

By choosing to “snap out of it” and get out of your comfort zone, you are choosing to “Get the Edge!”
