More on Feature Catalog Work Item (INCIT-LI lingo) was past last month and comments, including best practices, were sent in May. Remember FC: …."specifies methodology for feature catalogues for at least two purposes: * general catalogues that apply to entire collections of datasets that contain like information, and *instance feature catalogues that are to be included with the metadata for each dataset This standard specifies a method for using/including and/or linking feature catalogue instances with NAP - Metadata." ISO revision (2012) will add elements which enable the feature catalog be included/associated with the rest of the metadata rather than just a separate document/catalog.
