 The Triassic time period was 248 to 206 million years ago.

OOne of the Triassic plants was Glossopteris. GGlossopteris is a genus of extinct seed fern whose fossils are found throughout India, South America, Australia and Antarctica. GGlossopteris is about 12 ft. tall

 A type of animal in the Triassic period was the Pterosaurs and another animal is Saltopus.  Pterosaurs was a flying reptile that lived during the time of dinosaurs and the Triassic period.  Saltopus was a fast tiny meat-eater.  It was two feet long and two pounds, the size of a small cat.

 The triassic period was an important period, it witnessed the advent of dinosaurs.  The first flying vertebrate, pterousaurs came into existence during this period.  The flower flourished this period. The name of the flower was angiosperm.  The angiosperms scientific name is Magnoliophyta.

 The Triassic period was desolate in earth’s history.  The start of the triassic, earth landmasses, had coalesced  Pangaea, a supercontinent is, like a giant.  The giant ocean called panthalassa is surrounding Pangaea. The end of the Triassic Period.

These were some of the animals in the early or late Triassic period.
