Definitions Segment- a segment is a part of a line which contains two endpoints and all of the points between. Ray- A ray is a part of a line consisting of only one endpoint, and extending infinitely in the opposite direction.

Definitions Opposite rays- Two collinear rays with the same endpoint. Opposite rays always form a line. Parallel lines- two coplanar lines that do not intersect.

Definitions Skew lines- non coplanar lines which do not intersect. Parallel planes- planes that never intersect
