Hitting the Leadership Target Through Leadership and Accountability

Hitting the Target: Leadership and Accountability Leaders model positive HSE behaviors by personal example both on and off the job, and reinforce and reward positive behaviors.

Hitting the HSE Leadership target Leaders engage in clear, two-way communication with employees, contractors and others on HSE issues.

Hitting the Leadership Target Leaders integrate the HSE Expectations into business planning and decision making processes, ensuring that documented systems are in place to deliver these Expectations.

Hitting the HSE Leadership Target Leaders integrate the HSE Expectations into business planning and decision making processes, ensuring that documented systems are in place to deliver these Expectations.

Leadership and Accountability 1.Leaders Establish clear HSE goals and objectives 1.Roles and Responsibilities 2.Performance Measures 3.Allocate Competent Resources 4.Where necessary utilize specialist expertise. 2. Leaders integrate HSE targets into their business activities.

Hitting the HSE Leadership target HSE mgmt. systems are developed, documented, implemented and supported throughout the organization. These address health, safety, technical integrity, environmental, security, product and operational risks in accordance with the appropriate expectations.

Hitting the Target: Leadership and Accountability Leaders' HSE performance is assessed against their annual objectives, based on feedback from line management, peers and others.

Hitting the Target: Leadership and Accountability Leaders promote the sharing of HSE lessons learned inside and outside their Business. Learnings are used to assess and adjust business practices.

Hitting the Target: Leadership and Accountability Leaders put into place and promote the use of processes to identify hazards associated with activities: Assess risks Control the hazards Manage the risks to acceptable levels.
