LAWS OF LIFE Mrs. Vessell and Ms. Conrad

JOURNAL 1/7/15 – LESSONS LEARNED IN LIFE Situation: We have all learned many valuable lessons in our lives. Some of us are given bits of wisdom by other people (ever heard the saying, “treat others the way you want to be treated”?), while some of us have to learn lessons the hard way (remember how it felt when you touched that hot stove?). Who has learned a valuable life lesson?

JOURNAL 1/7/15 – LESSONS LEARNED IN LIFE Prompt: What are some lessons you’ve learned in your life? Write a well developed paragraph about some of the realizations you have come to in your 15 precious years on Earth. Can you come up with at least three?  These can be lessons learned about friendship, love, happiness, loss, breakups, work ethic, etc.  How much do I have to write? Enough to fully answer the prompt. Section #1 – Bellwork/Jo urnals

ASSIGNMENT You are going to make a collage of the lessons you have learned so far in your life. Your collage must include: 1.AT LEAST two (2) quotes (that you can apply to your own life) 2.AT LEAST three (3) pictures (that represent a lesson learned in your life) 3.You must be able to provide a verbal anecdote (a short story about something that really happened) for each quote and picture you provide. Your anecdote should cover a life lesson you learned.
