INGREDIENTS: 1 cup of semoline 1 ½ cup of flour 1 cup of yoghurt 1 cup of water 1 ½ tea spoon of baking powder A suitable amount of corn oil The sweet syrup: A cup of sugar ¾ cup of water ¼ tea spoon of lemon juice One tea spoon of rose water

The instructions of the sweet syrup: 1.Put the ingredients in a small pot and stir them. 2.Keep the pot on a low flame for ten minutes.

Instructions: 1.mix the flour,the semoline,the yoghurt,the water and the baking powder together to have a tender mixture. 2.Heat a suitable amount of oil in a deep pot. 3.Put the mixture in nylon (sometimes cloth) bag with a decorating end (the end is plastic or metal) and press the bag so the mixture goes out as winding circles 4.Fry the pieces of “Moshabbak” one after another, until they become gold, with the necessity of turning them over from time to time while frying.

Tip: the flame shouldn’t be so high, it should be low or medium 5. take them out of the oil with a strainer and put them in the cold sweet syrup. 6.Take them out of the sweet syrup and serve them in plate 7.Serve them with tea, coffee, juice or after the main dish as a kind of dessert
