A Team Rector 2 x Team Vicars A full time Team Missioner (Lay or ordained) Wholly or partly Funded by Church Commissioners Mission funding for a period of 5 years. This represents 4 Full time posts in place of the existing 3.5 for the next 5 years. STAFFED BY:

PCCs to meet with Area Dean, Lay Chair, Archdeacon and M&M officer to discuss their response to this proposal – opportunity to delve into pros and cons PCCs to feed back to Deanery M&M by the end of October THE PROCESS FROM HERE: INFORMAL CONSULTATION: JULY TO OCTOBER 2015

Draft Proposals, reflecting the outcome of the informal consultation go to Diocesan M&M on 10 th November. M&M officer writes to all Interested parties with a copy of the draft proposals (in legal form) 6 weeks for responses back to M&M officer Diocesan M&M consider responses to consultation in January and make a recommendation to the Bishop. THE PROCESS FROM HERE: LOCAL WRITTEN CONSULTATION NOVEMBER 2015 TO JANUARY 2016

Bishop’s proposals prepared as a draft scheme by Church commissioners. M&M officer writes to all Interested parties with a copy of the draft scheme(in legal form) AND notices go on church doors Representations (for or against) at this stage go to the church commissioners Pastoral Committee Objections = Hearing process No objections = Scheme takes effect at the end of April.
