Bearing this in mind we decided to approach this tedious process and simplify it with a logically organized user interface. Additional requests We hope to meet all our users requirements be it from technical to catering. Below is a list of additional service that can be selected whilst using the online booking system. – Hardware (laptops, projectors, video conferencing, whiteboards, a/v equipment ) – Services (wireless access, IT service, security, catering) – Furniture (seats, desks for all occasions) Any additional requirements can be requested at the last stage of the booking process.
