Click: “Faculty Entry” to add New Faculty Lead Master Department Dashboard

After pertinent information is entered, Click “Save”. New faculty will now appear on the New Faculty Information Form “Faculty Appointment Request” dashboard

Once “Route “ has been selected, the new faculty’s information electronically transfers : From: the “Faculty Appointment Requests “ dashboard To: the “Master View” dashboard The faculty information will no longer appear on the “Faculty Appointment Requests “ dashboard, after routing. Click the name to access a “Read Only” view of the faculty information. If errors are discovered at this point, a Faculty Affairs representative must make corrections. Lead Master Department Dashboard The Master View dashboard has some of the same information capabilities as the Appointment Request dashboard but it includes columns for: Note Activities Overall Status

Lead Master Department dashboard (Activity Menu) Activity Column Activities are listed in order of priority Some Activities have prerequisites Activities that must be completed before the system will allow you to select. Begin Activity Column Timeline Activity MUST be started to ensure completion Started/ Completed Columns The date you start and complete an activity After selecting “Start” or “Completed”, the default date of the computer will appear. Status Column “Start” date triggers count down for color status changes. Column Explanation Undo Column Resets status to “Start” and “Completed
