 Kidnapping means when you take someone away without their guardians permission and consent. People Kidnap because they usually have financial problems and demand money if they ever want to see the victim.

But, not to worry there are ways to prevent kidnapping. At a child’s birth a chip could be placed inside the child but can be removed by surgery(for medical faults). The chip will have a GPS. This can result in finding kidnappers before they strike again. Parents who install this can receive a $20,000 college scholarship for the child.

 Dear barrack Obama  My we tell a little about are self. We are Selena Hearn and Britteny McDonald we are students of Seaford middle. We would like to help you decrease the rate of kidnapping. So here is what we think. As we know already Some people kidnap because people kidnap because they now the person love one is going to pay a lot of money to get them back. So this is how we can solve that problem we can put GPS in your kid head when there young but I don’t think some parents would like that. There is another way make sure there kid is not walking alone at night and the parent always lock there doors at night before going to bed. If you agree with any of this me at thank you
