Competency Index CI of an employee (CI) = CI of the organization (CI O )= Where C L is competency level, which is rated on a scale of 0-4 C W is the competency weightage, which is computed using AHP p is the number of competencies n is the number of employees in the organization

Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)

Effective allocation Allocation effectiveness (  CI a ) = Where C is the competencies C EL is competency level of a resource, which is rated on a scale of 0-4 C RL is required competency level for a role, which is rated on a scale of 0-4 C W is the competency weightage, which is computed using AHP p is the number of competencies
