Experiment: Part 1: Materials: Globe, flashlight, and yard stick. Procedure: 1.First, place the North Pole of your globe 2 feet away from the flashlight. 2.Then, revolve the globe 90 degrees clockwise. 3.Repeat step 2, three more times. Each time observe where the North pole is located. Write down your observations below.

Experiment Part 2: Materials: Globe, yardstick, flashlight, light sensor. Procedure: 1.First, place the light sensor inside the globe so the sensor is sticking out the hole. 2.Next, place the North Pole of your globe 2 feet away from the flashlight. 3.Then follow the directions on the next page.
