Make Changes To change the slide layout, select the slide you want to change. Then choose layout in the slides group. And then select the layout you want. To move something first select what you want to move. Then press Ctrl + x Go to where you want to put it. Right click Select paste
Shapes To put in a shape go to Insert tab Select what I want to insert from images group, tables group, or illustration group. To insert a screenshot, select screenshot from images group, then choose what to insert. To insert a shape, choose a shape from the illustrations group and add it.
