Starting Off Find something you’re good at ex: throwing a baseball or making a paper crane Picking a topic can be very challenging so take time picking topic pick something you like! It makes it easier to do

About your topic Make sure that there are enough steps about topic to cover time limit Write the steps out on a piece of paper to have a visual and organize thoughts If topic has few steps, you may need to choose a new topic to cover the provided time limit

Presentation After picking a topic, you need to decide how you are going to present your topic 3 Main ways: write it out and read it, powerpoint, make a video You can combine presentation techniques to make it more appealing to the audience

Writing your paper Organize all ideas on a sheet of paper to make a layout of your paper You should start off your paper with reference to topic, quotation, claim or statistic, or a rhetorical question When writing keep with your guidelines and on topic!

After your speech is completed Read over it to make sure everything goes together Fix any errors in the written paper Make sure steps are in order Make sure every step and detail is covered And after you’ve completed every step….

….Congratulations! Youre paper is completed! But writing the paper is only half of battle 

Presenting your speech For most people presenting is the scariest and most nerve-racking part People are intimidated to speak in front of a group of people If you follow these steps, presenting should be easy!
