Directions: Slide 3: Print on white paper. Cut along the center bold line to form 2 half sheets of grid paper. Cut two sheets of white or colored paper in half to form 4 half sheets. Lay one of the grid half sheets on top of one of the half sheets of paper and cut the top right square out of both sheets. Set the sheet aside. Lay the grid half sheet on top of another half sheet of paper and cut the top two squares out of both sheets. Set the sheet aside. Lay the grid half sheet on top of another half sheet of paper and cut the top three squares out of both sheets. Set the sheet aside.

Lay the remaining half sheet of paper under the three cut sheets. Cut another half sheet of paper with no tabs and staple to form a cover.
