Display Boards  Use templates— ed to you-- also on Project Center Website  Submit display board files to Faculty Advisor by Friday, May 24 th - 4pm  Display Boards and nametags will be prepositioned on tables for you  You bring added display items to set up on morning of Projects Day Pre Projects Day:

Table Display Setup  Teams supply own equipment  Teams arrange for transportation of equipment on Projects Day  Teams get one 8 foot table  Teams requiring additional space or special electrical for their displays requests by May 31st

Project Reports  Due Wed, May 29 th by 4pm to Faculty Advisor  Follow Department Guidelines  Include completed print request with numbers of copies and pages needed in color or odd size (be conservative!) Pre Projects Day:

YOUR REPORT IS YOUR DELIVERABLE!  Ask your project sponsor if they want a hard and/or electronic copy of the report before the due date.  Make sure you get your project report to your sponsor !!!  This is part of your final checkout process
