SPORTS TRANSFORMATION CHARTER REPORT TO THE PORTFOLIO COMMITTEE 19 OCTOBER 2004

The transformation in Sport and Recreation is aimed at ensuring that all South Africans enjoy greater access to participation in sport and recreation activities at all levels.
