POP - Mailbox Access Note – OS & Outlook (2007/2010) should be fully patched with latest service pack and patches.

Go to control panel in windows – Double click on mail

Click on Show Profiles

Click on ADD – Enter Profile Name

Select manually configure server settings

Select Internet

Enter All the details (Name, address etc) Incoming/ Outgoing server is “exchange.simpliapp.com”

Enter All the details (Org Name, reply )

Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication

Select SSL for POP3 & Port 995, Use 587 port for SMTP & Auto communication for SMTP Select leave a copy of messages on the server

Outlook will perform test and prompts for authentication

Once authentication is successful, you will receive below screen

Click on finish to complete the POP3 configuration
