The New Model for Rotary How are we going to get there?

Demographics & Diversity Target goals of each generation Encourage 2 nd generation members – children of current Rotarians Size and makeup of the club to reflect the community Ensure each club strives for quantity yet retains quality of its membership.

Recruitment Train club members to recruit new members A mentor for each new member Target different groups– eg migrants, younger age Charter new lunch club with crèche for parents with home duties Every member to bring a guest – prospective member

Club Operations All members engaged in club activities Develop a 3-5 year strategic plan for the club reviewed annually Be creative about meeting venue and format. Increase knowledge base of all Rotarians All members feel ‘My club needs me’.
