Pages You have to be TOTALLY committed to gain a Private Victory

2. Private victories are won inside your mind over a period of time. 3. Private victories always come before Public victories.

Inside Out page We must fix ourselves before we can fix others 2. Start with the man in the mirror. 3. Making a change in your life begins with yourself.

PBA 1. You can make deposits into and take withdrawals from your PBA by the things you think, say, and do. 2. Know the symptoms of Poor and Healthy PBA on page 34.

6 Key Deposits to build PBA accounts (each deposit has an opposite withdrawal) A. Keep promises to yourself B. Do small acts of kindness C. Be gentle with yourself D. Be hones E. Renew yourself F. Tap into your Talents

Keep Promises to Yourself If you continue to make then break self- promises, you wont TRUST yourself. Focus on the single thing you can control= YOURSELF Start with easy small commitments and work way up to difficult commitments

Do Small Acts of Kindness Focus outward, not inward. It helps you focus on others not yourself and your problems.
