Introduction The book, The Compound, by S.A Bodeen is about a family that survives a nuclear attack by building and living in a underground shelter built by Eli’s Dad, who is a billionaire. Eli’s twin brother, Eddy and his Grandma sadly don’t make it to the compound. In the compound, Eli lives with his Mom & Dad, his sister, Terese, and his adopted sister, Lexie. The compound is very big and has a lot of odd rooms such as a movie theater, a storage room, and a farm.
