Beginning……

Strength (S) -The support from the president. -Good stuff members. -Good collections of Atlantisian books. -Enthusiastic new boss. Weakness (W) -Average age of stuff are too old (Above 45). -No new stuff (above 10 years). -No bilingual stuff. -No training. -Building is in derelict, books are shabby, electronic resources are very limited and technology is in the 1990s. -collaboration, such as joint purchasing and sharing of catalogue records, didn’t put in practice Opportunities (O) -A chance to replan. -Received tens of thousands of books. -Possible 10% increase in $. -Donation: tens of thousands of books Threats (T) -Other academics libraries. -Other Atlantisians receive$.
