Objectives 1.Ensure participation framework for all junior players; 2.Identify and monitor club talent; 3.Nurture our exceptional talent through support into national development frameworks; 4.Provide appropriate resource to support Wellington Junior Squad success at Nationals; 5.Operate successful District and National junior events. Strategies 1.Agree participation model with all clubs; 2.Junior Development Squad for Under 13s; 3.Financial and Coaching support for National Squad members; 4.Squad training, high performance model for Wellington Junior Squads; 5.District tournament management teams for Wellington Junior Open & North Island Junior Open. Goals 1.Establish District Junior Development Squad; 2.Establish high performance model for Wellington Junior Squads; 3.Implement Head Series, 9Hundy Series, Junior Interclub to ensure participation model comprehensive; 4.Run successful Wellington Junior and North Island Junior Opens; 5.Finalist at National Junior Teams Event and no worse than 5 th in other gender.
