Equipment Evaluations To buy, maintain, replace equipments 1- Presents readers with objective data about how equipments has or has not functioned. 2- Like problem analysis, may just focus on problems. 3- Or like recommending, may suggest a change in equipments. 4- Must provide a well-documented review on the equipment performance.

Financial Reports Accounting management Describing the financial situation of a business firm; often supported by official financial statements, like: in and out Cash Flows, Balance sheets, income statements, sales aggregation …. Focus on the describing situations past, current and future predictions. Directed to people inside the company.

7. Activity Reports 1- Describe any work or action done in the firm. 3- Directed to people inside your org.. 4- Can act as a supporting detail in other report. 5- Main focus Describing-Situation and not on Problems or Solutions
