Why Are Plants Important?  Plants are the backbone of all life on Earth and an essential resource for human well-being. 12/20/2015

Food  Everything we eat comes directly or indirectly from plants. Throughout human history, approximately 7,000 different plant species have been used as food by people. 12/20/2015

Air Oxygen is brought to you by plants, as a by product of photosynthesis. 12/20/2015

Water Plants regulate the water cycle: they help distribute and purify the planet's water. They also help move water from the soil to the atmosphere through a process called transpiration. 12/20/2015

Habitat Of course, aside from humans' myriad uses, plants make up the backbone of all habitats. Other species of fish and wildlife also depend on plants for food and shelter. 12/20/2015

Medicine  One-quarter of all prescription drugs come directly from or are derivatives of plants. Additionally, four out of five people around the world today rely on plants for primary health care. 12/20/2015

 Plants store carbon and have helped keep much of the carbon dioxide produced from the burning of fossil fuels out of the atmosphere. Climate 12/20/2015

This is how the climate happens… 12/20/2015

Plants can also be used as a work of art or for decoration 12/20/2015

Fiction Section!!!!! 12/20/2015

Plants are important as they defend us from brain-eating Zombies! 12/20/2015

On the other hand... 12/20/2015

Some ANNOY us!!!!!!!! ;) 12/20/2015

Some of them are digital, Like minecraft !!!! 12/20/2015

They entertain us too!!! With I-Pad’s,IPhone’s and IPod’s 12/20/2015

Now back to Non-Fiction!!! 12/20/2015

In the Botanic Gardens, we also saw a tree like this….. 12/20/2015

Do you know what is the name of that tree? It’s the Fagraea Fragrans!!! 12/20/2015

With that, we thank you Mrs. Sharma and friends for giving us your attention and fun at the Singapore Botanic Gardens. 12/20/2015
