22. – RUS Projects Communication Systems BeWü Development UKT-RUS „Guardian Angel System” (GAL) Extend the Tübingen Stanford-type local scenario into a Guardian Angel System (GAL) 24-hour, real-time, emergency tele-consultation staffed with experts in medical crisis management using multimedia equipment to assess the remote patient or treatment problems. AV streams and vital data will be transmitted from the hospital to the GAL-Centre. The emergency physician will be equipped to communicate with the experts in the GAL.

22. – RUS Projects Communication Systems BeWü Development UKT - RUS 6Winit Application Extend the stationary scenarios to an ambulance so as to mobilize them assess the remote patient, advise/prepare treatment AV streams and vital data will be transmitted from the ambulance to the hospital and possibly GAL-Centre.
