*denotes new positions as a result of the grant PERSONNEL Full-time: Program Director Program Coordinator On-Campus Job Developer Off-Campus Job Developer* Transition/Outreach Manager* Residential Coordinator* Half-time: Graduate Assistant, Special Education Graduate Assistant, ABA* Contractual: PCP Facilitator External Evaluator* Summer Academy Counselors* Quarter-time: Project Director* 5 peer Job Coaches*

 Professional development for teachers  Transition planning for students/families  Application, enrollment, and financial aid support  Recruitment events on and off-campus  Resource for other universities TRANSITION/OUTREACH

 Week-long trial experience for prospective students  Residential  12 students with ID/DD per year  Classes, workshops, social events, volunteer opportunities  5 undergraduate counselors  Opportunity for current IDEAL students to be junior counselors IDEAL SUMMER ACADEMY

 Will occur two times during the program:  Intake  After 1 st year  Focus on self-determination and career exploration  One-page plans will be created to share with peers, faculty, and internship supervisors PERSON-CENTERED PLANNING

 Partnership with Goodwill of Middle TN Career Solutions  Must apply for 3 rd year  20 hours/week off-campus  hours/week on-campus  Job placement  Reduced tuition “TRANSITION TO WORK” 3 RD YEAR

 Year 1: Exploratory phase  Data collection  Information seeking visits at other universities  Meetings with stakeholders  Develop assessments  Train residence life staff EXPLORATION OF RESIDENTIAL
