Career guidance for young people and job applicants 2. Matching of enterprises and appropriate candidates 3. Joint Communication –Embodiment on territorial/local cross-border level: INTERREG-funds can be attributed to the EURODISTRICT PAMINA as it has a legal structure (LGTC) Integration of the territorial stakeholders via the pooling of competent stakeholders (coordination platform) 21/12/2015

Prospective (II/II) 2. Initiatives and projects without EU-funding supported by the EURODISTRICT PAMINA –INFOBEST / close cooperation with EURES-T (complementarity) –Cross-border partnerships of local stakeholders to create added value –Coordination between existing projects, e.g. regional / local ESF-funded projects –Further cooperation with the PAMINA Business Club -> economic marketing –Reinforcement of the socio-economic tissue of the French territory: “don’t create a one-way street!”  socio-economic vision for the territory and its inhabitants  contribution to an amelioration of the employment situation and to a decrease of skill shortages 21/12/2015
