TEA On-line Security Modules Three Modules are available – Active Monitoring, Distribution of Test Materials and Proper Handling of Secure Materials These are OPTIONAL and are a SUPPLEMENT. They will not replace your security training. The modules are not comprehensive and will cover a limited number of topics. Additional modules may be available later this year. 3

IRREGULARITIES Training is your best tool to prevent irregularities Be specific – how to respond; when to contact you; forms for the campus to use and documentation needed Call TEA – they can help; document your conversations – who, when, directives, etc. On-line submissions 6
Test Results Who gets the results from TEA? If you, where do you put them? Who needs them? Who must be notified before releasing results? How do you share this information and protect student’s personal information? 7
