NSA Warrantless Surveillance After September 11 th attacks George W. Bush implemented a secret program by the NSA. To eavesdrop on domestic phone calls by American citizens without warrant. Passed the FISA court, which must approve all actions. Judge Vaughn Walker ruled this to be illegal in 2010.

Bill Clinton Scandal Clinton impeached for perjury and obstruction of justice. Clinton accused of sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky.

Clinton Scandal Continued Clinton was acquitted by the Senate and remained in office. Clinton was cited for contempt in court and agreed to a five year suspension in the state of Arkansas from practicing law. In 2001 Clinton was barred from practicing law. Clinton remains married to his wife Hillary Clinton.
