3 Thank you from Erk Jensen WP coordinator first of all, I'd like to thank you for the progress with NCLinac! Please forward these thanks also to all the colleagues who contributed but are not on my mailing list! Thank you also for your very much appreciated contributions to the semestrial report!

4 Publications We'll have to be a little more rigorous with the publications: if you publish or published something which has to do with NCLinac, please let me know! There is even a (appearingly very light) procedure put in place to upload EuCARD related publications on CDS See here to get an idea...

5 Manpower The table of "percentages of manpower used" were unclear to practically everyone! This will be changed: In the next semestrial report we will indicate whether much less or much more of the originally planned manpower was used during the reporting period (as a first indicator whether the project/task/subtask is on track).
