Login To Account Visit pharmacy.costco.com Login in to your accountpharmacy.costco.com

Go To Patient Profile Under “Pharmacy Services” on home page click on “Patient Profile”

Insurance Tab Click on Insurance tab. Select the plan name from the dropdown and enter Member ID and Rx Group. Save Changes

Reordering a Refill Online On the Home Delivery home page. Member selects the “Refill Prescriptions” tab.  Select Refills  Review refill Order  Confirmation Page

Step 1: Select Your Refills Member selects the prescription’s they would like to have refilled along with their shipping Method Members clicks “Refill Selected Prescriptions”

Step 2: Review Refill Order Member reviews their order and make changes if needed. Final step complete prescription request.

Step 3: Confirmation Page Thank you for your order- will be sent when prescription has shipped.
