 Globalization: moving to Chinese market.  Diversity of products.  Windows 8: With 4 million installations already.  Expensive products of competitors.  Expansion is an opportunity but collaboration is also an option of today’s world. OPPORTUNITIES

 Changes in the global economy.  Increasing Competition.  Linux program.  Different lawsuits against the company.  Technology life cycle is become shorter. THREATS

 Microsoft should be very vigilant to sustain its place in the market.  Microsoft should keep up-to-date, especially in its Operating System & Office Packages.  Microsoft should search for the similar options in other segments of market to capture more market share. Conclusion
