PWB Off Ice Rules Be prepared –Make sure you have all year gear before you leave for the rink –Be ready to leave for practice well before you have to Carry your own gear, tie your own skates, tape your own stick, etc. –Coaches/Parents will help after player first tries on their own No bad language or inappropriate behavior –If you can’t say it in front of Mom, its doesn’t belong at the rink Respect everyone –Teammates, opponents, referees, coaches, parents, rink personnel, teachers, neighbors, etc. –No bullying and no cliques –Understand and accept differences –Your behavior in the community reflects upon your team, CHA, and USA Hockey School comes first –Get your homework done early – DO NOT miss practice due to waiting to the last minute to do homework

PWB Locker Room Rules No cell phones –Leave at home, in the car or with a parent Wear the jersey color assigned –Have a Black and a White jersey at every practice Put your bag under the bench when you are dressed Leave the locker room cleaner than you found it Don’t throw anything – No ice, no tape, nothing Don’t touch anybody else’s stuff without their permission Fill water bottles Be all ready to go 10 minutes before we hit the ice –The only exception is a weekday 5 pm or 5:10 pm practice

PWB On Ice Rules Effort - Concentration - Attitude –Full speed - No coasting!! - Don’t be last to team huddles –Use all the ice - do not cheat on drills –No cutting, no whining or pouting Respect everyone –Do not hit anyone in a vulnerable position –Do not shoot on the Goalie if he’s not looking Go immediately to the coach on one long whistle –Do not shoot pucks after a whistle Stop immediately on several quick whistles –Stay where you are Knees bent all the time –No leaning on the boards At the end of practice, pick up pucks and bottles –Do not shoot after the Zamboni doors open!
