Call contractor to confirm receipt of SMS job notification 08A day before implementation, Job Sheets are handed over to nursery supervisor for issuance to the contractors. Nursery supervisor to ensure contractor receives and signs for all job sheets issued

To prepare, check availability of, or place an order with (if necessary) for items/resources needed to facilitate the job. Minimum price taking into consideration payment to contractors.
