Diabetes Stress affects your body more when you have diabetes. Headaches, twitching, sudden tiredness, thirst, coldness are some side affects

Eating in between meals Eating before bed results in your body not being able to digest the food and use the calories in a useful way, turning it into energy. Snacks are often unhealthy

Fast Food Fast foods are packed with saturated fats, sodium and sugar. Foods that are fat free or low fat foods should not be thought of as healthy. Fast foods are always readily available

Inexpensive Foods Cheap junk foods are filled with preservatives, saturated fats and salts, which builds fat towards your major arteries which cause heart attacks and artery obstructions Income within the household will affect the dietary habits of the teens

Conclusion Therefore the eating habits of teens are caused from fast food, a low income and poor dietary habits. The effects of eating poorly is diabetes, obesity and in more serious cases heart attacks and strokes.
